Mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with moderate amount of water. Swish the solution in your mouth for several seconds to one minutes. Then rinse with water and brush your teeth.
Lemon, orange, or banana peels
Rubbing lemon, orange, or banana peels on your teeth will make them whiter. It’s believed that the compound d-limonene, which is found in some fruit peels, will help to white your teeth. So all you need do is gently rub the fruit peels on your teeth for few minutes. Rinse your mouth thoroughly and brush your teeth after that.
