Asparagus

These green veggies have a long history of use as an aphrodisiac, but their application may be based on form rather than  on function. However, this vegetable has been shown to have a high amount of vitamin E which can increase blood and oxygen flow to the genitals area. It also contains a bountiful amounts of potassium, which is linked to sex hormone production.

Alcohol

Watermelon contains enough citrulline, an amino-acid that help boost blood flow. This fruit has been an old recipe for spicing up things in sex. Experts even encourage people with erectile dysfunction to indulge in watermelon because it could be the natural Viagra they need.
