How to Get Rid of Yellow Teeth Fast and Natural

The enamel is the outer part of the teeth that is hard and whitish in color, it is mainly responsible for the whiteness of our teeth. It tends to wear off gradually as we age. As the enamel wears away, the yellow dentine which is the calcified tissue underneath it becomes more visible. However, if you still want to retain the glow even in the process of aging, there are quite a lot off possibilities, and we will be looking at some few below.

Brush and floss your teeth regularly

The first step into maintaining a sparkling white teeth is to brush and floss adequately, regular brushing at least twice a day is nice.

Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide

This two have for long been a recipe for maintaining a quality and healthy teeth. It does a lot of magic when it comes to removing plaques and tartars from teeth. All you need to do is simple;

Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide to make a paste. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing with this paste. You can also use the same ratio of ingredients to make a mouthwash.

Coconut oil pulling

You may have come across a lot of benefits of coconut oil over the internet. It is one of the few things on earth whose function is more or less limitless. It plays an interesting role when it comes to dental care. Coconut oil attacks the harmful bacteria in your mouth. It can reduce plaque buildup in your teeth, prevent tooth decay and fight gum disease. For these reasons, oil pulling or brushing your teeth with coconut oil can significantly improve oral and dental health.

Apple cider vinegar

Mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with moderate amount of water. Swish the solution in your mouth for several seconds to one minutes. Then rinse with water and brush your teeth.

Lemon, orange, or banana peels

Rubbing lemon, orange, or banana peels on your teeth will make them whiter. It’s believed that the compound d-limonene, which is found in some fruit peels, will help to white your teeth. So all you need do is gently rub the fruit peels on your teeth for few minutes. Rinse your mouth thoroughly and brush your teeth after that.

Activated charcoal

Removing stains from your teeth with activated charcoal is highly effective, it get rid of bacteria and harmful toxin from your teeth while making your teeth retain a healthy white color. 

Open a capsule of activated charcoal and put the contents on your toothbrush. Scrub it gently against your teeth. Be especially careful in the area around your gums as it can be abrasive. Then spit it out.
