Sports hernia information and treatment

In some cases surgery is needed, but successful surgery depends on many factors and you must also carefully follow a rehabilitation program. This program forbids sudden twisting and moving, and concentrates on slowly improving the stability and flexibility of the pelvic muscles. After two weeks you can start jogging, and in about six weeks the program will be over and you can return to your normal activities without any problem.
