United Kingdom

This is a actually a gift nothing can take from them, not even Corona Virus. Almost half of consumers surveyed in the United Kingdom said that their alcohol consumption habits were not affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in 2020. 

Austria
As beer culture continues to gains popularity in Austria, a large amount of consumption has been on the increase. Austria is probably the second highest alcohol per capital consumption in the world. 

Romania
Right form the days of their Ancestors, ale consumption has been one of the most cherished traditions in Romania. Romanians are ranked among the biggest alcohol consumers in Europe, with an average consumption of 12.6 liters of pure alcohol per inhabitant aged 15 and above per year. 

Mexico 
According to the information generated by INEGI, beer consumption in Mexico per capita has been on a steady increase since 2014. On average it is said that Mexicans consumes 1.3 litres of alcohol per week, making Mexico the 4th highest overall consumer of beer in the world.

United States of America
Americans consumed an estimated 6.3 billion gallons of beer in 2018 alone, which equals about 26.2 gallons per drinking-age adult. Holding to the fact that almost all the brewing companies have a base here, it is no surprise that America made the list. However, you may be thinking that Americans are the top drunks in the world right? wrong! it actually Czech Republic...these guys are heavy drinkers.

With an average annual consumption of over 11.6 litres of pure alcohol per capita, Czechs are the top drinkers in the world. For over 26 years straight, Czech Republic has topped the list of beer consumption per capita, ranking more than any other country in the world.
