Pakistanis ban contraceptive advertisement on TV and radio

Pakistan has banned advertisement for contraceptive products on television and radio after complains that such undesired commercial make children inquisitive about the use of family planning products. The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) imposed the ban last week after it received complaint from parents against commercials of contraceptives, birth control and family planning products on electronic media
