Murphy, the Shar-Pei dog stole millions of hearts at his rescue centre thanks to his striking resemblance to a lion. Shar-Peis are typically known for having short fur, blue tongue and prominent wrinkles but Murphy is a rarer bear coat as a result of which his appearance is more like 'The Cowardly Lion' from the Wizard of the OZ. He was recently adopted by a dog trust in the UK where he's loved to bits by staff and visitors alike.
