Never Combine These Fruits to Eat they Are Dangerous

Fruits are best enjoyed when we combine them together. We tend to absorb the different nutrients that are locked in each and every one of them so that we can experience their complete glory. Reaching for a smoothie in the morning helps us to start our day with glee. Its a nice way to stimulate our appetite and awaken our metabolism in readiness for any food we may encounter for the day. They come with a power packed flavors that can be so appealing to our palate and guts. There is virtually no one who doesn't like to eat fruits. Among all other types of food, they come with the highest nutrients. They are very rich in vitamins and antioxidants, which makes them better warriors against diseases.

Fruits are very vital if the body must stay healthy. But they can also be an enemy locking us away from sound health and wellness if we wrongly eat them. Below are fruits or foods you must never combine if you are not ready to get sick just yet!

Papaya and lemon


Papaya and lemon is a very dangerous mix. Their combination can cause anemia and hemoglobin imbalance, most especially in children. Consuming them together is not just reasonable health-wise. One must come several hours before the other.  

Orange with carrot


The mixture of orange and carrot can be more dangerous than you would think. The mix has been known to cause heartburn and kidney damage.

Guava and banana


The combination of these two may disturbs your guts and bowel movement. Eating this mix  may increase your risk of acidosis, nausea, gas buildup even persistent headaches.

Orange and milk


Although the combination of this two may look attractive and palatable but don't be fooled -that actually a strong liquor inside coke bottle in disguise!. Consuming a mixture of milk and orange, is totally not a good mix, in fact drinking orange 1 hour before or after consuming milk is still not advised. Because the protein in milk will react with the acids in orange, bringing about digestion problem. 

Pineapple and milk


Pineapple is said to contain a compound called bromelain. When consumed with milk, they both react antagonistically causes a series of issues such as stomach pain, nausea, infections, headache.
